These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at florenceconcretecompany.com and any services provided by Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this website or engage our services.
By accessing our website or requesting services from Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, flatwork, and related concrete services in Florence, AZ and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to a written agreement, proposal, or work order signed by both parties before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform work. Website content is for informational purposes only.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. Availability of services is subject to scheduling, material availability, and geographic service area limitations.
Any estimate, quote, or proposal provided by Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if site conditions, scope, or material costs differ materially from what was assessed.
Written estimates include a description of the work to be performed and the total price. Changes to the scope of work after an estimate has been accepted must be documented in a written change order and signed by both parties before additional work proceeds. Change orders may affect the total project price.
Pricing on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing depends on project-specific factors assessed during an on-site estimate.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Start dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, material delays, permitting timelines, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate scheduling changes as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to unsafe site conditions, weather, permitting issues, or other circumstances that make proceeding impractical. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available date.
Payment terms will be specified in your written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required to confirm scheduling. The balance is due upon completion of the work unless a different schedule is agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of agreement. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee and may result in suspension of work until the account is current.
If collection action is required to recover unpaid amounts, you agree to reimburse Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by Arizona law.
Where required by local ordinance, Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company will obtain the necessary building permits before commencing work. Permit fees, when applicable, will be communicated in the project estimate. The cost of required permits is the responsibility of the customer unless included in the written estimate.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including any known easements, underground utilities, or HOA restrictions. We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from undisclosed conditions or HOA requirements that were not communicated to us before the project began.
Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in Arizona. Any warranty on materials or workmanship will be stated in the written project agreement. Unless specifically stated, no other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
Concrete is a natural material and is subject to cracking, settling, and surface variation as a normal part of its behavior. Minor cracking, color variation, and surface texture differences are not defects and are not covered by workmanship warranty. We will advise you during the project about normal expectations for the specific work being performed.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, neglect, modifications made by others, acts of nature, soil movement not reasonably foreseeable at the time of construction, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions provided at project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Tradecraft Florence Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and reflects a fair allocation of risk between the parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or its underlying systems.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may pursue remedies available through the courts of Arizona. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Arizona.
